My journey through loss taught me how to carry grief, rebuild, and discover purpose—but I’ve also learned that grief isn’t always tied to a person. Sometimes, we grieve the life we expected, the plans that changed, or the version of ourselves we had to release. Other times, we simply feel stuck, uncertain, or unclear about what’s next. I didn’t just write this book… I lived it. And I continue to use the same faith and tools to grow, heal, and navigate every new season.
